The Hurricanes (14-3, 5-0 Atlantic Coast Conference) beat a No. 1 team for the first time, taking control with a stunning 25-1 run midway through the first half. The Blue Devils (16-2, 3-2) missed 13 consecutive shots during Miami’s run as a 14-13 lead turned into a 38-15 deficit.
