A 25-year-old man who died Tuesday after rolling his pickup truck in Auburn has been identified as Tiago da Rosa.

Police said da Rosa sped past cars on a grassy area to the right of C Street Southwest and then veered across three northbound lanes before heading into oncoming traffic. His truck hit two southbound vehicles. A fourth car crashed into the accident.

Da Rosa’s truck rolled and came to rest on its roof. Firefighters extricated da Rosa and pronounced him dead at the scene. Others involved in the accident escaped without serious injuries.
