Tacoma’s Murray Morgan Bridge reopens at noon Thursday although work will continue through February, city officials said.

Tacoma’s Murray Morgan Bridge reopens at noon Thursday although work will continue through February, city officials said.

The bridge, which connects downtown Tacoma with the Port of Tacoma and the East Foss Peninsula, closed November 2007 after an inspection found the bridge was structurally deficient.
