Central District Health Department offers two levels of food safety training in Boise

The four-hour Idaho Idaho Food Safety and Sanitation Course will is scheduled for Feb. 27. The class starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 12:30 p.m. The $33 fee covers all classroom materials.

The eight-hour ServSafe Manager Certification course starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m., Feb. 20. The cost is $100, which covers lunch and all classroom materials. For more information on this course, visit the website www.servsafe.com.

Both courses will be held at the health department's West Boise office, 707 N. Armstrong Place. To register, call (208) 317-7499. Both classes can be conducted online with 10 or more participants.
