A man was killed early Saturday morning when the vehicle he was driving collided with a power pole in Auburn.
Valley Regional Fire Authority and King County Medic One responded to a report of the accident just south of Lake Tapps Parkway on East Valley Highway at 1:25 a.m. Saturday.
Firefighters arrived to find the driver trapped inside of the vehicle. The rescue team made access to the driver and determined him to be deceased. No other occupants were found in the vehicle.
The Auburn Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
