The Puyallup School District is accepting nominations for the annual Volunteer of the Year award program.
Parents, students, residents and district staff members can complete a nomination form. The form is available at puyallup.k12.wa.us.
Forms should be sent to Nancy French, administrative assistant to Brian Fox, executive director of communications, information, and arts education, at the Education Service Center, 302 Second St. SE, Puyallup, WA 98372. Forms must be received by 4 p.m. Feb. 11.
