If you’ve noticed the demolition of the former Shari’s Restaurant at the Green Firs Shopping Center in University Place, you’ve probably wondered what will rise in its place.
News Tribune reporter Christian Hill has contacted Kevin Briske, the city’s principal planner, who said plans call for a building of 6,599 square feet that will hold up to four retail spaces. One of the spaces is identified in plans as a drive-thru coffee shop.
