A 44-year-old Roy man pleaded not guilty today to charges he allegedly burgled a Day Island home, assaulted two people who tried to stop him then attempted to get away in a rowboat.
Pierce County prosecutors charged Scott Derek Reeder with residential burglary, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of failure to remain at the scene of an injury collision and second-degree theft.
