Learning comes from within; facility icing on cake

Education is an inside experience. It is not about a wonderful building or external concerns if you are there to learn.

Education is an inside experience. It is not about a wonderful building or external concerns if you are there to learn.

Attending classes in a perfect structure is nice; however, the real learning is within. Treating others as you want to be treated along with expanding consciousness is education.

With an open mind to inner growth, a beautiful facility is icing on the cake.

When I taught, we made the best of what we had. As a retired teacher, I would have liked better conditions, but the attitudes of the students and teachers made the difference, not the condition of the building.

In my day, Edgemont students excelled when they graduated to Puyallup High School.

Learning is an inside job. Accepting life as it is, is a learning lesson. Moreover, in my day, I had to walk two miles to and from school. We had no large parking lots.
