I am a 76-year-old moderately disabled man who was helped by two separate citizens. Parked at Albertsons, I was unable to start my car due to dead battery. Roadside service call was a nightmare. I was told it would be more than an hour, and the driver would need help to find me due to language problems.
The first citizen pulled up and offered to jump start my car, which I accepted and he accomplished. Unfortunately, my car died again within a minute after he had left. Less than five minutes later, a second citizen offered to help. He got me started and offered to drive to an auto store with me following in my car, to ensure I got there. What a great guy. I bought new battery, and the store even installed it.
Bottom line, nice people helped a tired old guy who had a minor problem. It was solved, and I really appreciate it.
