F eb. 2 — A woman reported a man was near her car when she left a Gig Harbor business. The man said he watched a male driver strike the woman’s parked car and leave the scene. The witness jotted down the license plate number of the suspect’s vehicle. Police used the registered owner’s information to find the suspect and issue him a criminal citation for hit and run of an unattended vehicle.
