The Old Country Buffet and Granny's, both in Kennewick, are being remodeled, and in Granny's case, renamed.

Granny's, at 6821 W. Canal Drive, will reopen as Old Country Buffet on March 16.

The Old Country Buffet, at 1321 N. Columbia Center Blvd., will be the first of the restaurants owned by Buffets Inc. to reopen after a remodel and menu and service changes.

A grand re-opening celebration for the Kennewick Old Country Buffet will start at noon Feb. 23.

Among the new offerings will be made-to-order dishes, ethnic destinations, interactive custom menu options, an expanded salad market and an improved bakery and dessert center.

For more information, go to www.OldCountryBuffet.com.
