The nonprofit Chase Garden is seeking volunteers. The Graham area garden will have a volunteer orientation meeting 9:30-11 a.m., March 2. Volunteer opportunities will be presented; no experience is required. More information and directions can be found at chasegarden.org or at 360-893-6739. The public garden established by Emmott and Ione Chase is the subject of an article in the current issue of “Garden Design” magazine. The garden reopens for the season on April 1. Chase Garden is located at 16015 264th St. E., Orting.
