Fifth suspect jailed in Kennewick drive-by

Kennewick police on Wednesday said they arrested the last of five suspects in a suspected gang-related drive-by shooting earlier this week.

Eduardo Morfin-Mendoza, 20, who uses the nickname "Tigger," of Pasco, was booked into the Benton County jail on investigation of drive-by shooting, unlawful possession of a gun and possessing stolen property.

The drive-by happened Monday night on the 1300 Block of South Beech Street, police said. No one was hurt in the shooting.

Others arrested earlier in connection with the shooting are:

-- Nathan T. Quintero, 20, Pasco, on suspicion of drive-by shooting and unlawful possession of a gun.

-- Victor M. Garcia, 18, Pasco, on suspicion of unlawful gun possession.

-- A 16-year-old Pasco boy, on suspicion of drive-by shooting and unlawful gun possession.

-- A 14-year-old Pasco boy, on suspicion of rioting.
