Raul Ibanez hit a three-run home run to lead the Seattle Mariners to an 8-3 win over the San Diego Padres in spring training action.

Stefen Romero had two hits and an RBI as the Mariners cranked out 16 hits in the win. Erasmo Ramirez pitched one inning in the start and gave up a hit with a strikeout.

Alexi Amarista had two hits, an RBI and a run scored while Mark Kotsay also had two hits for the Padres, who saw starter Freddy Garcia get tagged for five runs -- four earned -- on five hits in just one inning of work.
