OLYMPIA: Home condemned after officers visit

Olympia police officers served a warrant at a home in the 1700 block of Glass Avenue Northeast about 11:40 a.m. Monday, and a city building official has condemned the residence.

Olympia police officers served a warrant at a home in the 1700 block of Glass Avenue Northeast about 11:40 a.m. Monday, and a city building official has condemned the residence.

According to a news release from police:

Two suspects were arrested on drug-related charges. Upon entering the residence with the warrant, police found evidence of drug activity and suspected stolen property.

Code enforcement entered the run-down house, and a building official found it unsafe for human occupancy. The occupants of the home will not be allowed to return.
