An Olympia School District bus was involved in a crash about 4 p.m. Wednesday in the roundabout on Yelm Highway and Boulevard Road, according to district spokeswoman Rebecca Japhet.

“At this point, it doesn’t appear that there were injuries to students or staff, and another bus was brought in to finish the route,” she said Wednesday evening.

The bus was taking students home from Centennial Elementary School on Route 24.

The crash is being investigated by the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.
