The House and Senate floors will get a break from the elaborate ceremonies of the past two days as the Capitol sleeps off last night’s inaugural ball held for new Gov. Jay Inslee. Lawmakers will meet in committees all day and are not scheduled to conduct any business on the floor, though the Senate will hold a pro forma session at noon.
