A single-car rollover crash at the Pierce-King county line is blocking three lanes of southbound Interstate 5 and causing backups, WSDOT reported.
UPDATE as of 3:45 p.m.: All lanes are cleared, but a four-mile backup remains, according to the state Department of Transportation.
