Every family that registers this day will receive four free passes to a March 16 movie at Galaxy Theater. Registration forms are available online at psd401.net.
Registration is open for the annual Spring Fever Run to benefit Jason Lee Elementary School.
The event includes a 1-mile and 5K run. Both races will be April 14 at Centennial Meadows, Richland.

Tacoma Public Schools will begin the registration for all-day kindergarten beginning today for children who are 5 years old on or before Aug. 31. Parents can contact their school of choice for enrollment. A birth certificate and proof of immunization are required at the time of registration.
Kindergarten registration for the Steilacoom School District is set for March 25-29 at the district offices, 510/511 Chambers St. Registrations are done by appointment. Families must complete a packet in advance and provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate, a list of immunizations and proof of residence.
KeyPen Parks’ 360 Trails will host the second annual PenLight Summer Fun Run, sponsored by Peninsula Light Co., on Saturday, June 15. The 5K run/walk and 1K Kids Dash raises money for Key Peninsula Schools parent-teacher associations, and proceeds from each $5 registration fee will be donated to the school of the registrant’s choice – Minter Creek Elementary, Vaughn Elementary, Evergreen Elementary or Key Peninsula Middle School.
