If your flight didn’t depart on time last month from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, you and your fellow passengers were among a small minority of tardy travelers.
New figures from flight-tracking company FlightStats.com showed Sea-Tac was the most on-time major international airport in the world last month. According to the Portland-based flight-tracking company, 91.18 percent of Sea-Tac’s flights departed on time in 2013’s second month.
Sea-Tac surpassed perennial overachiever Tokyo Haneda Airport, which was in second place with 90.83 percent of its flights leaving on schedule.
