Alex Castellanos belted a two-run homer in the seventh inning off Yoervis Medina, and the Los Angeles Dodgers edged the Seattle Mariners, 3-2, in spring training action.

Tony Gwynn knocked in the other run for the Dodgers, who received three innings from starter Aaron Harang. He allowed six hits and a pair of second inning runs.

Jon Garland gave up a pair of hits and a run over three frames for the Mariners. Franklin Gutierrez knocked in both Seattle runs.
