M arch 3 — A 61-year-old man was riding his horse in the woods near Key Center when the horse was startled by a swinging tree branch. The horse reared up and threw the man off its back, and the horse fell on the man. The man may have dislocated his hip. He was treated and transported to St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor for further evaluation and treatment.
