Wearing an authentic Army uniform from the Second World War Butch Ayala stand in silence as rain highlights the names of the fallen on the World War Two Memorial on the Capitol campus Monday. An Army veteran, Ayala has stood vigil there the past eight years as well as appearing at many other area events.
