Fire crews respond to woman pinned by vehicle at St. Joseph medical pavillion

Crews responded just before 3 p.m. Tuesday to a woman pinned by a car at the St. Joseph Medical Center pavilion at 1802 South Yakima Avenue, according to Tacoma Fire.

They treated and transported the woman to a hospital. Tacoma police spokeswoman Loretta Cool said the vehicle hit the woman, who then hit the wall.

Her injuries appeared not to be life-threatening, Cool said.
