Maya Moore scored 20 points, and Lindsay Whalen added 19 to help the Minnesota Lynx clinch their third consecutive Western Conference title with a 73-60 victory over the Seattle Storm on Tuesday night.

Tanisha Wright led Seattle (15-17) with 14 points. Tina Thompson had five points on 2-of-8 shooting from the field.
The teams will face each other again next week in the best-of-three first-round playoff series. Seattle already had clinched the fourth and final seed in the West.
The Lynx beat Seattle in the first round last year. Minnesota won the WNBA title in 2011, and Seattle won it in 2010.
Minnesota has won 11 of the past 13 games against the Storm, including a 4-0 sweep this year — the Lynx’s first regular-season sweep of Seattle since 2001.
