UPDATE: Police looking for 2 vehicles reported to be shooting randomly in Tacoma

UPDATE: Police spokeswoman Loretta Cool, when asked about 10:30 p.m., said she didn't have any updates about the reported shots fired, but that they were no longer ongoing.

INITIAL POST: Police are looking for two vehicles reported to be shooting randomly Monday night in Tacoma, police spokeswoman Loretta Cool said just after 6:30 p.m.

No one has been reported injured, and no property appears to have been damaged, she said.

The last reported sighting appears to be at East 53rd Street and East J Street, Cool said.

Police do not have vehicle descriptions to release at this time, she said, noting that people should call 911 whenever they hear or see such shootings.
