Giants' Snee, Baas out for Week 4

The Sports NetworkSeptember 27, 2013

New York Giants starting center David Baas and starting guard Chris Snee have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Baas is suffering from a neck injury, while Snee has a hip ailment. Neither player practiced at all this week.

Offensive tackle David Diehl, who hasn't played this season due to a thumb injury, is listed as doubtful. He participated in limited practice all week.

The Giants offensive line allowed seven sacks in Week 3's 38-0 loss to the Carolina Panthers. The Chiefs defensive unit has an NFL-leading 15 sacks this season, led by linebacker Justin Houston's league-leading 7.5 sacks.

Also ruled out for New York is starting cornerback Corey Webster, who is nursing a hip flexor injury, and tight end Adrien Robinson (foot).
