Man with stab wounds found wandering streets of Seattle

— A man with multiple stab wounds was found wandering the streets of Seattle near Georgetown Sunday morning, police said.

According to authorities, a person reported that a man was staggering on the streets in the 6300 block of Airport Way after 6 a.m.

When police arrived at the location they found a black man in his 20s bleeding from the left side of his body.

Police said the man appeared to be intoxicated or under the influence of an unknown substance and he wasn’t able to give his name or tell officers what happened.

According to police, the man was stabbed with a sharp object on the left side of his body. He was taken to Harborview Medical Center to be treated for his non-life-threatening injuries. He is in stable condition.

Police checked the area for suspects, evidence and a crime scene, but officers could not determine where the stabbing happened.
