2-year-old boy, subject of Amber Alert, found

UPDATE as of 4:20 p.m. Seattle police said the man turned himself in, and that the boy is safe.

INITIAL POST: An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old boy that is suspected to have been taken by his biological father Sunday, Seattle police said.

Police said Emiliano Gonzales, Jr. is believed to have been taken by his 38-year-old father, Emiliano Gonzales, during a domestic violence disturbance with a no contact order in place.

The boy was last seen in the 11000 block of Beacon Avenue South and he is believed to be in danger.

Emiliano Gonzales, Jr. is described as Hispanic, 3 feet, 45 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes and he is believed to be wearing a white T-shirt and diapers. His father is described as Hispanic, 5-feet-7, 150 pounds and with brown eyes.

Police described the vehicle involved as a 2008 black Dodge Magnum with Washington plate 449ZOT.
