Staff writerOctober 17, 2013

Four people were displaced after a duplex caught fire early this morning, Valley Regional Fire Authority reported.

The Muckleshoot Indian Tribe was finding temporary housing for the parent and three children.

Firefighters were called to the duplex in the 5600 block of Auburn Way South around 3 a.m. and found smoke and flames coming from one of the units. Crews were able to quickly douse the blaze.

The family of four lived next door to the burned unit. No one was injured.

A cause has not been determined.
