Prep football playoff scenarios

Here are the league playoff scenarios heading into the final week of the regular season:

SPSL South

Graham-Kapowsin: Clinched playoff berth and No. 1 seed.

Curtis: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Federal Way clinches No. 2 seed. A loss results in No. 3 seed.

Federal Way: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Curtis clinches No. 2 seed. A loss drops Eagles to No. 3 seed.

Rogers: A win over Puyallup clinches No. 4 seed.

Puyallup: A win over Rogers clinches No. 4 seed.

SPSL North

Kentwood: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Kentlake assures No. 1 seed. A loss to Kentlake, plus Auburn win over Auburn Riverside clinches No. 1 seed. A loss to Kentlake, and Auburn Riverside win over Auburn results in No. 2 seed.

Auburn Riverside: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Auburn, and Kentwood loss to Kentlake clinches No. 1 seed. A win over Auburn, and Kentwood win over Kentlake results in No. 2 seed. A loss to Auburn, and a Tahoma win over Jefferson drops Ravens to No. 3 seed.

Auburn: A win over Auburn Riverside clinches playoff spot, either as No. 3 seed (Tahoma win over Jefferson) or No. 4 seed (Jefferson win over Tahoma). Only way Auburn gets in as No. 4 seed with loss is if Jefferson beats Tahoma

Jefferson: A win over Tahoma clinches playoff spot, either as No. 3 seed (Kentwood win over Kentlake; Kentlake win over Kentwood and Auburn Riverside win over Auburn) or No. 4 seed (Kentwood win over Kentlake; Kentlake win over Kentwood and Auburn win over Auburn Riverside). Only way Jefferson gets in with loss is if Auburn Riverside beats Auburn.

Tahoma: A win over Jefferson clinches playoff spot, either as No. 3 seed (Auburn Riverside win over Auburn) or No. 4 seed (Auburn win over Auburn Riverside). A loss will eliminate the Bears.

Narrows 4A

Gig Harbor: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Bellarmine Prep clinches No. 1 seed. A loss to Bellarmine Prep clinches No. 2 seed.

Bellarmine Prep: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Gig Harbor results in No. 1 seed. A loss to Gig Harbor would give the Lions a No. 2 or No. 3 seed.

Olympia: A win over Yelm, and Gig Harbor win over Bellarmine Prep clinches No. 2 seed. A win over Yelm, Bellarmine Prep win over Gig Harbor and South Kitsap win over Central Kitsap clinches No. 3 seed.

Central Kitsap: If Gig Harbor wins, only way to clinch No. 3 seed is if Yelm beats Olympia. If Bellarmine Prep wins, Cougars would clinch No. 3 seed with win over South Kitsap.

Playoff tiebreaker: If Yelm beats Olympia and South Kitsap beats Central Kitsap, a point-differential system will determine final seeds between Olympia, Central Kitsap and South Kitsap.

SPSL 3A

Peninsula: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Lakes clinches No. 1 seed. A loss to Lakes, and a Bonney Lake loss results in No. 2 seed.

Lakes: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Peninsula and Bonney Lake loss clinches No. 1 seed.

Bonney Lake: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Auburn Mountainview and Lakes loss clinches No. 2 seed. A loss to Auburn Mountainview results in No. 3 seed.

Playoff tiebreaker: If Lakes and Bonney Lake win, there will be a three-way tie for league title. A point-differential system will determine seeding order.

Narrows 3A

Timberline: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Shelton clinches No. 1 seed. A loss and the Blazers could get a No. 1, No. 2 or No. 3 seed.

Lincoln: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Foss, and a Timberline loss to Shelton clinches No. 1 seed. A loss to Foss clinches No. 3 seed.

Foss: A win over Lincoln clinches No. 2 seed. A loss and Falcons are eliminated.

Wilson: A Lincoln win over Foss clinches No. 3 seed. A Lincoln loss, and Rams are eliminated.

SPSL 2A

Sumner: Clinched playoff berth. A win over White River clinches No. 1 seed. A loss clinches No. 2 seed.

White River: Clinched playoff berth. A win over Sumner clinches No. 1 seed. A loss clinches No. 2 seed.

Franklin Pierce: A win over Washington gets the Cardinals no worse than a mini-playoff. If Cardinals win and Orting beats Fife, Franklin Pierce clinches No. 3 seed. If Cardinals win, Fife beats Orting and Clover Park beats Steilacoom, Franklin Pierce would be No. 4 seed.

Fife: A win over Orting gets the Trojans no worse than a mini-playoff. If Trojans win and Clover Park beats Steilacoom, Fife would be No. 3 seed. If Trojans win, Washington beats Franklin Pierce and Steilacoom beats Clover Park, Fife would be No. 4 seed.

Orting: A win over Fife would clinch at least No. 4 seed (No. 3 if Steilacoom and Franklin Pierce lose). A loss to Fife, and Cardinals are likely eliminated.

Steilacoom: Steilacoom clinches No. 3 seed with win over Clover Park, a Fife win over Orting and a Franklin Pierce loss to Washington, or No. 4 seed if Orting beats Fife and Franklin Pierce loses to Washington.

Playoff tiebreaker: If Fife beats Orting, Franklin Pierce beats Washington and Steilacoom beats Clover Park, the three winners will play for Nos. 3 and 4 seeds Tuesday in mini-playoff at Harry E. Lang Stadium in Lakewood.

Evergreen 2A

Tumwater: Clinched playoff berth and No. 1 seed.

W.F. West: Clinched playoff berth and No. 2 seed.

Capital: A win over River Ridge clinches No. 3 seed.

Black Hills: A win over Tumwater and a Capital loss to River Ridge clinches No. 3 seed.

Playoff tiebreaker: If River Ridge beats Capital and Tumwater beats Black Hills, River Ridge, Capital and Black Hills will play a mini-playoff next week for No. 3 seed.

Nisqually 1A

Cascade Christian: Clinched playoff berth. Win over Charles Wright clinches No. 1 seed; a loss clinches No. 2 seed.

Charles Wright: Clinched playoff berth. Win over Cascade Christian clinches No. 1 seed; loss clinches No. 2 seed.

Eatonville: Win over Cedar Park Christian clinches No. 3 seed.

Life Christian/Seattle Christian: Win over Port Townsend clinches No. 3 seed with Eatonville loss, or No. 4 seed with Eatonville win.

Port Townsend: Win over Life Christian/Seattle Christian clinches No. 3 seed with Eatonville loss, or No. 4 seed with Eatonville win.

Cedar Park Christian: Win over Eatonville clinches No. 4 seed.
