A Tacoma man pleaded guilty Monday morning to helping two men accused of killing a Tacoma condo resident during a robbery.

Pierce County Superior County Judge James Orlando sentenced Jheri Flood to one year, five months in prison.

Lawrence Howse, 54, was robbed and fatally shot in the parking garage of the Sky Terrace condos near downtown Tacoma in August.

Prosecutors said Flood, 24, helped the two men charged with killing Howse dispose of evidence by burning the victim's wallet.

Teenagers Andrew Boyd and Jeremy Bennett are charged with first-degree murder in Howse's death.
