Oyama soars in women's world rankings

Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Shiho Oyama won the fourth and final major on the Japan LPGA on Sunday and that helped her jump 14 places in this week's world rankings.

Oyama moved to No. 51 in the new rankings.

Inbee Park held steady at No. 1 and was followed again by Suzann Pettersen, Stacy Lewis, Shanshan Feng, So Yeon Ryu, Lydia Ko, Na Yeon Choi, Karrie Webb, Lexi Thompson and I.K. Kim.

Catriona Matthew remained in 11th place and was trailed by Cristie Kerr, Paula Creamer, Jiyai Shin, Amy Yang and Angela Stanford.

The only change in the top 20 came in 17th and 18th as Hee Young Park inched up one to No. 17, while Ai Miyazato dipped a notch to 18th. Beatriz Recari and Lizette Salas again rounded out the top 20 this week.
