KIRO-TVDecember 10, 2013

A 14-year-old girl who was abducted in Kennewick was located in Jalisco, Mexico, Tuesday police said.

An Amber Alert was issued Thursday afternoon for Elizabeth Romero.

Tuesday, police said Romero's mother had spoken to her on the phone, and Romero had told her she was in Jalisco and was OK. The Amber Alert was cancelled.

Police said there was still a warrant for the arrest of 19-year-old Hood River man Edwardo Fabien Flores Rosales on suspicion of second-degree kidnapping, and that they were also looking for a second suspect thought to have helped Rosales in his flight to Mexico.
