Bloomington, IN (SportsNetwork.com) - Evan Gordon came off the bench to score a season-high 26 points as the Indiana Hoosiers made easy work of the Oakland Golden Grizzlies, 81-54, in a non-conference clash at Assembly Hall.

Gordon shot 10-of-12 from the field for Indiana (8-2), including 4-of-5 from 3-point range. Troy Williams and Kevin Ferrell added 13 and 11 points, respectively, while Noah Vonleh and Jeremy Hollowell each grabbed 10 rebounds.

For Oakland (2-8), Mitch Baenziger was also on fire from beyond the arc (4- of-4) on his way to 14 points. Corey Petros pitched in with 13 points, and Travis Bader logged 11 points for the visitors, albeit on a woeful 2-of-15 from the field.

Indiana dominated the first half of action, outshooting Oakland from the field, 60 percent to 31 percent, on its way to a 50-30 lead at intermission.

The Hoosiers cooled to just 40 percent from the floor after halftime, but the outcome was never in doubt as the Grizzlies got no closer than 18 points of the lead the rest of the way.

Indiana controlled the paint on the evening with a convincing 52-28 rebounding advantage.
