Tacoma-based Columbia Bank on Wednesday announced the recipients of $20,000 in grants honoring its 20th anniversary.

The grand prize of $10,000 goes to Tacoma Youth Symphony Association, an organization that has provided music education to nearly one million students since 1963. Washington State Smile Partners, a nonprofit that provides affordable oral health services for low-income children and seniors, and Family Building Blocks, a private child-abuse and neglect protection agency, each received $5,000.
