A man who died in a rollover crash in Federal Way Tuesday has been identified as 28-year-old Sergey Romashevskiy.

The one-car crash happened about noon in the 2500 block of Southwest 344th Street.

Romashevskiy, the driver, was ejected and died at the scene.

Witnesses said the vehicle was driving at a high speed, hit a parked car while trying to pass illegally, went airborne and flipped several times, Federal Way police spokeswoman Cathy Schrock said.

The King County Medical Examiner’s Office released his identity Wednesday.

Further details about the crash were not immediately available.
