Lakewood apartment complex has new owner

The Village at Seeley Lake, a 522-unit apartment complex in Lakewood, was sold for $45.75 million, a Seattle business journal reports.

Bridge Investment Group Partners of Salt Lake City bought the complex on 59th Avenue SW from Equity Residential, according to the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce.

The others that changed hands, according to the journal, are:

  • Federal Way's Arcadia Luxury Townhomes, a 309-unit complex at 1300 S.W. Campus Dr., was sold for $53.02 million to an entity related to TruAmerica Multifamily.
  • Sammamish's Eastside Madison Sammamish apartments, a 266-unit project at 3070 230th Lane SE, was sold for $52.71 million to Gerson Bakar and Associates of San Francisco.
  • Renton's The Berkshire apartments, a 274-unit complex at 1300 Eagle Ridge Dr. S, was sold for $31.48 million to an entity that shares a Vancouver address with developer and property manager Realvest Corp.
