Pulte Homes debuts new models in Tehaleh

Staff writerJanuary 16, 2014

Michigan-based Pulte Homes will become the sixth builder to offer new homes in Tehaleh, a massive new home development near Bonney Lake, in late January.

Pulte has bought 58 lots in the 4,200-acre development.  It will open six model homes to the public late this month and begin pre-sales in February.

Tehaleh, when fully developed, will have some 5,900 homes, 1,000 acres of parks and group of public amenities including an elementary school and 7.5 miles of trails.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Pulte Homes to Tehaleh,” says Scott Jones, vice president and general manager for Newland Communities. “Pulte’s dual commitment to quality and to working collaboratively with homeowners will make them a great fit for Tehaleh buyers.”

Newland is Tehaleh's developer.
