The event, which starts at 7:30, will focus on the foundation’s report on student success in 2013, including student and community indicators it is using to measure progress and future goals.

Student performances, a light breakfast and registration takes place from 7:30-8 a.m. From 8-10 a.m., participants will hear about how the community can help support Tacoma students.

If you plan to attend, please RSVP to 253-272-1600 or email info@ffts.org.

The event is not a fundraiser, but the foundation will collect children’s books, and participants are invited to bring a book to donate.
