TUESday’s highlights

Isaac Boettcher led Eatonville with 16 points as the Cruisers picked up a 42-20 1A Nisqually boys basketball victory at Seattle Christian. Cody Miller led all scorers with 19 points for the Warriors.

Riley Bruil scored 16 points, and teammate Jace Johnson chipped in with 10 more to help Sumner cruise to a 63-32 2A SPSL victory over Franklin Pierce. The Spartans improved to 7-2 in conference play.

Brittany McPhee (25 points) and Emily Fiso (21 points) were hot from the floor, helping SPSL North leader Mount Rainier pick up a 77-44 girls basketball victory over Tahoma. Rachel Paulsen led the Bears with 12 points.

Amanda Lance led all scorers with 21 points, and Lucy Rasmussen chipped in with 10 to help lead 2A SPSL leader White River to a 55-33 home victory over Fife. Karli Knudson scored 11 points for the Trojans.
