An 'oops' Tuesday means Wednesday apology

Coming off a three-day weekend, it should have been a good day Tuesday, but it wasn't.

Maybe you've had them. You're not sick, but you don't feel great. You don't think you're preoccupied, but your focus wanders.

There's not a single good reason for it, and Tuesday while writing a column about Faith Ecklund and Carrie Case, I misspelled Ms. Case's name - 'Cassie.'

That's no small thing, especially to Carrie, a graphic designer and the owner of Carrie L. Case Creative. The two women are the main speakers at this weekend's 'Steppin' Up' women's program in Gig Harbor (www.steppinupconference.com).

So, no excuses today - just apologies. Sorry Ms. Case. You deserved better.
