Lacey police have arrested three people in connection with Wednesday night's fatal shooting of a 34-year-old man in a car at the College Glen Apartments.

However, Thurston County Chief Criminal Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Andrew Toynbee said Thursday that Lacey police "are still looking for some people" in connection with the case.

One of the suspects in custody is a 19-year-old man who will appear before a judge on suspicion of a first-degree murder charge Thursday afternoon. Two others in custody, including a juvenile, will likely not appear before a judge Thursday, Toynbee said.

Lacey police arrested the trio about 4:30 a.m. Thursday at an apartment complex nearby the College Glen Apartments in the 4800 block of 55th Lane SE in Lacey.

Thurston County Coroner Gary Warnock said Thursday that the homicide victim who was pulled from a car in the parking lot of the College Glen Apartments Wednesday night has been identified. However, he said he has not received permission from Lacey police to release the Olympia man's name.

Lacey police could not be reached for comment Thursday morning. Check back at theolympian.com for updates.
