Westbound state Route 512 was blocked Monday night at Portland Avenue East after a dump truck crashed into a cable barrier about 9:15 p.m., the State Patrol said.

No one was injured.

State Patrol spokesman Guy Gill said troopers arrested the 37-year-old Mountlake Terrace man who had been driving the truck on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

The barrier kept the truck, which had been heading west on SR 512, from going into the eastbound lanes.
