A Mount Rainier National Park webcam catches work crews in action Saturday morning as they clear snow at Paradise.

After a one-week closure that saw Paradise receive more than 6.5 feet of snow, Mount Rainier National Park crews are working to get the road to the popular destination open.

The park posted on its Twitter feed Saturday morning that the opening of the 11-mile stretch of road between Longmire and Paradise will be delayed as crews clear snow. All vehicles will be required to carry chains.
