The News TribuneFebruary 24, 2014

The Franklin Pierce School District is hosting its annual Princess Bowl, a powder puff football game (all-girl teams) between Franklin Pierce and Washington high schools at 7 p.m. Friday.

Held at the Franklin Pierce District Stadium, 11002 18th Ave. E., Tacoma, the annual fundraiser features a fast-paced game, performances by school bands, and all-boy cheer squads from each school.

Funds raised benefit the school district’s float in the annual Daffodil Festival. Admission is $5; concessions will be available.
