Wearable art sale will benefit YWCA

Posted by Larry LaRue on March 3, 2014

Creative clothing, jewelry and accessories will be on sale for three days beginning Friday, marking RAGS' 20th annual event in support of YWCA domestic violence prevention programs.

More than 75 artists from around the country are participating, and a third of every sale goes to the YWCA. In the past 19 years, that's amounted to nearly $1.2 million in RAGS donations.

Show hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

The event is free and this year is at Larson's Mercedes-Benz at 1701 Alexander Avenue East in Fife.
