Key Peninsula eighth-grader takes first in essay contest

Kaitlyn Glenn, an eighth-grader at Key Peninsula Middle School, won first place in the 2013 Fleet Reserve Association Americanism Essay Contest. Her winning entry was on the topic of “What does the Bill of Rights mean to me?”
