It's the 59th day of the 60-day regular legislative session, and everyone is wondering if lawmakers will need extra time to finish their work.

Lawmakers were struggling to reach agreement on a supplemental budget amid disagreements between Democrats in the House and Republicans in the Senate.

Gov. Jay Inslee will sign bills into law Wednesday afternoon, including House Bill 2100, which creates a special Seattle University license plate.
